If you have received any faulty items, or wrong items sent to you, please email to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Contact number
- Order number
- Item number (s) for return
- Reason for return
We will reply your email with instructions on how to send back the item to us with a return address. For returns to be valid, please mail back the return items within 7 (14 working days for International customers) from the date of delivery of item. We will only accept return items that are in new, unwashed and unworn conditions. All tags must be attached to the items, in the original packaging. Items that has been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered as faulty items.
All return items are to be sent back by registered mail and must be securely packed. Postage charges will be bear by customers. If returns are received back to us in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in mail, return request will be denied and held responsible by the customer.
For return item that is in stock, we will ship out a new piece of the item to you. If return item is out of stock, we will refund you the cost of the item through Paypal.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
All sales made on PuppyLove are final and we do not offer exchange nor refund. Therefore, we will advise all customers to order the correct size or one size larger as furkids tend to grow fast.
